Founding Statement

Mission-Ready in the Weapons Engagement Zone

On this tenth day of November, 2025 — the 250th birthday of the United States Marine Corps — there is born an enterprise inspired by the courage, discipline, and enduring purpose of that great institution. WEAPONS ENGAGEMENT ZONE FORCE, LLC (WEZFORCE LLC), incorporated on 10 November 2025 by Bruce Hidaka-Gordon, is established to stand with the United States Armed Forces and our allied partners wherever conflict and crisis demand the highest professional standards inside the Weapons Engagement Zones.

From this day forward WEZFORCE pledges to bring to those operations the same single-minded devotion to duty, readiness, and esprit de corps that has long defined America’s premier fighting force. WEZFORCE will provide cleared personnel, strategic advising, advanced technology capabilities, and a growing portfolio of products and services tailored to the unique demands of operations in contested engagement zones.

We commit to rigorous standards of security, ethics, and technical excellence; to thoughtful counsel grounded in experience and law; and to relentless support of the men and women who carry our nation’s responsibilities in harm’s way. As we take our first steps, we do so in humble commemoration of the Marine Corps’ example — its traditions of honor, its refusal to yield, and its fidelity to mission.

WEZFORCE does not seek to replace or presume the authority of the uniformed services; rather, we exist to augment, advise, and equip those who serve, and to do so with integrity, competence, and an unyielding regard for the rule of law and the protection of life. May this company live up to the demands of the task and the trust placed in it. May it honor those who came before by preparing those who follow.
