Corporate Charter

ARTICLE I - ESTABLISHMENT

WEZFORCE LLC is established as a limited liability company organized under the laws of its state of formation for the purpose of providing operational, technical, advisory, communications, cybersecurity, systems integration, and professional services in support of government, defense, commercial, and allied mission requirements.

ARTICLE II - PURPOSE

The purpose of WEZFORCE LLC is to augment, advise, support, and enable organizations operating in complex, contested, high-demand, and rapidly evolving environments. The Company exists to provide mission-focused solutions grounded in operational experience, technical excellence, adaptability, integrity, and service-oriented leadership.

ARTICLE III - FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLES

WEZFORCE LLC is founded upon the principles of duty, readiness, trust, innovation, accountability, and unwavering commitment to mission success. The Company recognizes the critical importance of communications, coordination, and operational agility in preserving mission effectiveness and protecting human life.

The Company supports — but does not replace — the role of the United States Armed Forces and allied partners. Its purpose is to strengthen mission capability through expertise, technology, operational insight, and trusted partnership.

WEZFORCE LLC may engage in any lawful business activity including, but not limited to:

• Information technology services

• Cybersecurity and information assurance

• Network engineering and operations

• Systems integration and modernization

• Cloud and infrastructure services

• Artificial intelligence-enabled solutions

• Strategic and operational consulting

• Program and project management

• Communications and media services

• Training, education, and workforce development

• Government contracting and mission support

• Research, innovation, and technical development

ARTICLE VI - COMMITMENT TO SECURITY AND ETHICS

WEZFORCE LLC shall maintain rigorous standards of security, ethics, confidentiality, and technical excellence in all operations. The Company shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and ethical requirements.

ARTICLE VII - LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

Leadership within WEZFORCE LLC shall be based upon service, accountability, communications, initiative, mentorship, and operational focus. Leaders are expected to develop future leaders, encourage innovation, empower teams, and maintain mission effectiveness under pressure.

ARTICLE VIII - COMMITMENT TO WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

WEZFORCE LLC supports workforce development, mentorship, veteran employment, technical education, internships, apprenticeships, and the development of future mission-focused professionals.

ARTICLE IX - AMENDMENT

This Charter may be amended, modified, or updated by the Managing Member(s) of WEZFORCE LLC as necessary to support the evolving mission and lawful business operations of the Company.

ARTICLE X - RATIFICATION

This Charter is adopted as an official governing and foundational document of WEZFORCE LLC and reflects the mission, values, organizational principles, and operational philosophy of the Company.
